Autodesk / ACC integrations: when you connect an Autodesk account, we access only the Autodesk data you authorise via Autodesk APIs and within the permission scope granted by the end user.

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you ("Personal Data").

  • • Account / Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, job title, and company name when you register, request information, or book a demo.
  • • Technical Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and pages viewed (collected via cookies or similar technologies).
  • • Payment Information (if applicable): Billing details and payment method information processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
  • • Product / Project Data: Content you choose to upload or generate in our services (e.g., photos, 360 imagery, drawings, models, documents, metadata, tags, and related project records).
  • • Autodesk / ACC Data (when connected): Data accessed from Autodesk Construction Cloud via Autodesk APIs (e.g., hubs/projects, document metadata, selected files, and forms context), limited to what the end user authorises.

How we collect data: (a) directly from you when you submit forms or use our products; (b) automatically through cookies/logs when you use our website; and (c) from Autodesk services when you connect your Autodesk account and authorise access via Autodesk APIs.

For Autodesk/ACC integrated applications, project-related data accessed via Autodesk APIs is used to deliver the requested functionality and is not retained beyond what is necessary for the user’s workflow. When we store data on our systems (for example, to provide features such as indexing, linking, or audit trails), we will delete or anonymise it upon account closure or upon a valid user request, unless retention is required by law.
